It’s not yet summer, but I’ve been craving a Mojito for so long! Today is Cinco de Mayo, and although mojito is originally from Cuba, I wanted to share this delicious Watermelon Mojito Blanco recipe with you. I know not many of you drink alcohol so I also have the non-alcoholic version of this drink for ya! Enjoy and let me know what you think.
Watermelon Mojito Blanco Recipe + Mocktail Version

Watermelon Mojito Blanco
– 1oz White Rum
– 1 Tbsp. Sugar
– 1 Lime Wedge
– ½oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 10 Muddled Mint Leaves
Directions
Mix all ingredients and shake with ice
Pour and garnish with mint, lime & a watermelon slice!
Mocktail Version
Add all the ingredients except the white rum, and voila, you got yourself a watermelon non-alcoholic mojito.
