Exercise
Not surprisingly, one of the best things you can do to relieve symptoms of stress is to get up and do some exercise. When you get moving, your body releases tons of endorphins, which will not only stop you from stressing but also boost your mood so that you are actively happier.
Meditation
Spending a few minutes with your eyes closed focusing on your breath might sound like something so simple it could not possibly help to lower your stress levels, but it really can. Numerous studies have shown that people who meditate regularly have lower stress levels, lower instances of depression, and a sunnier outlook in general. Best of all, you can practice in as little as 5-10 minutes each day.

Essential oils are one of nature’s miracles. They can help you with so many health issues from insomnia to chronic pain, so it is not surprising that they can also help to relieve the symptoms of stress too, Lavender, in particular, has a very calming effect on the body or mind. So, place a few drops in an aromatherapy diffuser, or mix with a carrier oil and rub on your temples for immediate relief.
Journaling
The simple act of writing down all of your thoughts and feelings into a journal is a great way to lower your stress levels. It works by allowing you to get your worried and thoughts out of your head where they don’t seem so bad. It’s a great way to help yourself get s good night’s sleep if you tend to lay awake all night worrying too.

CBD oil is completely safe and legal and it will not make you high. What it might do, however, is help you to relax and worry a bit less. It is not a cure that works for everyone, but many people fo find it helpful in conjunction with other stress-reduction techniques.
Playing with pet
Time spent playing with pets has been shown to do a whole range of things from lowering blood pressure to relieving symptoms of stress anxiety and depression, and is it really surprising when you consider how cute, loveable and non-judgemental our animal friends are?
If you don’t have a pet, see if you can borrow a neighbor’s for an hour or two and you will probably notice your stress levels vanish in an instant.
