Hi friends! As we step into the promising embrace of a new year, I find myself reflecting on the adventures that lie ahead. With 2024 unfolding like a blank canvas, I am eager to set the tone for the months to come. One powerful tool that I’ve decided to use on my journey of self-discovery and goal-setting is the ever-inspiring vision board. If you’ve been following my blogging journey for some time now, you are probably aware that I haven’t been sharing much about my personal and business goals. This is probably the first time that I’ve even taken the time to create a vision board.
My Vision Board for 2024: A Personal Journey of Dreams and Goals
The Power of Visualization
To bring anything into your life, imagine that it’s already there. RICHARD BACH
There’s something truly magical about bringing your dreams to life visually. Visualization is an amazing force that transforms abstract ideas into tangible goals. As I embark on this year’s vision board creation, I am reminded of the immense power of manifesting my aspirations through imagery and intention.
Reflecting on My Goals
The first step in creating my 2024 vision board is to take a moment for introspection. What are the areas of my life that I want to nurture and grow? Whether it’s personal development, career milestones, or fostering stronger relationships, I jot down my goals with enthusiasm and honesty. This reflection process sets the stage for a board that is not only visually appealing but deeply meaningful.

Gathering Inspiration
With my goals in mind, I started to gather inspiration. You can use magazines, old photos, and even online platforms that resonate with your aspirations.
Getting Crafty
Now comes the fun part – assembling the vision board! Early this year, I made a physical vision board with the help of my two kiddos. Armed with scissors, glue, stickers, markers, and a large board, we arranged images and quotes. But I wanted to do a more personal board, so I used Canva. I curated a virtual masterpiece, seamlessly blending images and inspirational quotes. Canva’s user-friendly interface allowed me to effortlessly express my aspirations, from career milestones to personal growth.
Placing it Where I Can See
A vision board is not meant to be tucked away and forgotten. If you’re doing a physical vision board, you can choose a prominent place where you can see it daily – perhaps an office wall. If you opt for the visual board like I did, you can share it on Pinterest, or if you have a blog (like this one), you can share it there. This serves as a constant reminder of the exciting journey you’ve set for yourself in 2024. The visual cues spark motivation and keep me focused on the bigger picture during both mundane and challenging days.
Embracing the Journey
Each image and quote represents not just a goal but a commitment to personal growth and happiness. The vision board is a living, breathing testament to the potential that lies within me, waiting to be unlocked in the coming year.
Creating a vision board is more than an arts and crafts project; it’s a declaration of intent, a visual roadmap to guide us through the exciting terrain of 2024. With every glance at my board, I am reminded that I have the power to shape my destiny and turn my dreams into reality.
Here’s to a year of growth, joy, and the beautiful unfolding of dreams – one vision board at a time!

Holy crap, 15K?! Okay, I won’t ask and I’d say, “be worried!”, but, dude, you live in Canada. Your government is full of hippies and passes around the bong on parliamentary breaks, lol. I’m sure you’ve got this!

I’m saying, your government is much more understanding and much less greedy than the Hitler-esque totalitarian regime of the United States, lol. But I’m pretty sure (since you know me) you knew where I was coming from with the bong hits comment. 🙂
Anyway, I hope all is well with you and your family, Marielle.

LOL to be fair it’s from not filing my business tax in 3 years. I thought it was being done by my accountant but he wasn’t doing it and apparently I had to be the one doing it lol anyway lesson learned.
