Today I’m doing another awesome product review. Muscle pain is something I’m too familiar with. I wish I could say it is due to my heavy workouts. But it is not. My muscle pain comes from suddenly doing things that I’m not used to doing. Say, going down 18 + flight of stairs for example.  Since I’m the type to avoid stairs, you can imagine what going down that many stairs did to my poor body.

When you are a mom, work full time, have a blog and a direct sales business to run, you can’t be in pain. Not for long anyway.

After those 18+ flight of stairs, I ended up having to go see a physiotherapist. It’s was my first time, and it was quite an experience.

After seeing my physiotherapist, we were able to determine what was causing me so much pain. He gave me some exercises that I can do at home that will help me strengthen my hips and knees (the cause of my pain). He also suggested that I use ice and hot compresses depending on the type of pain.

I was really glad to receive the Deep Relief Ice Cold Spray for review purposes.  Back in June, my klutz self-fell down a couple of stairs and ended up hurting my foot really bad. Lucky for me, I didn’t break anything. Got a nasty pump, though. Wish I had heard of the Deep Relief Ice Cold spray back then.

    I need that deep relief spray! I get muscle pain in the winter, and it seems like I’m always injuring myself somehow.

    This stuff is great I hear! I haven’t used it yet but I heard great things from a friend of mine. I used something similar when I would go for jogs and my legs would just throb!

    I haven’t seen this particular product before. I will give anything a try once and I think it would be of benefit to myself to do so. Lots of aches and pains in this old body, lol.

    I suffer from severe back pain but had to have something made specially and prescribed for me from my physical therapist. This sounds like something hubby would benefit from. He’s always complaining about his knee after his knee surgery.

    I love ice for immediate use to reduce/prevent swelling & heat later on. No heat if you have swelling though, makes it worse 😛

    I used a similar product to this when I had an ankle sprain and swelling and it really helped. Such a fab giveaway, wish I could enter.

    This sounds like a great product. I need some with this cold weather coming in. All the aches and pains seem to return.

    I’m also very familiar with body and muscle pains since I work out and exercise often. I would always want body massages to feel relief. I think this deep relief ice cold spray can also do a lot of help.

    This is a great prize pkg. And boo to 18 flights of steps! Sometimes when we travel we have to walk up and down a LOT of steps (seems to be the norm in a lot of places in Europe) and going up is what gets me… I guess cuz I’m not a Spring Chicken anymore (shh, don’t tell anyone). 😉
