I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE Lazy Sundays! Nothing beats staying home all day and being totally unproductive with two kids in tow. But lazy doesn’t mean boring! Today I’m sharing some fun lazy Sunday activities you can do with the kids.
Fun Lazy Sunday Activities With The Kids
Netflix and jammies
It if was up to me, I’d be in my jammies all day binge watching shows on Netflix. But kids have this thing where they get bored after a few minutes. Le Sigh! I guess I’ll have to wait till they are both asleep to binge watch the Gilmore Girls.
Lazy Sunday Afternoon Walk
A short stroll around the block is a fun activity, and it’s good for your health. Since my daughter walks like a little penguin, it’s also very entertaining.
Make Brunch together
What’s better than breakfast and lunch? How about both!? On Sundays, I love making brunch for the kids. I usually do all the cooking, but the Little Man sets the table while his baby sister walks around destroying everything she can get her hands on. Teamwork? I think so too!
Build a fort
One of the perks of having children is being able to build forts just for the heck of it. We haven’t mastered the art of fort building yet, but we have so much fun trying. I’m thinking of getting a teepee for the kids. They would love it!
Dancing & Singing
Our lazy Sundays wouldn’t be complete without some music. My kids love dancing and singing. We just put on some music and shimmy about. Today we took out our SelfieMic and pretended to be rock stars (review coming soon).
That’s was just a few fun lazy Sunday activities you can do with the kiddos. No kids? You can still enjoy all of these activities. I won’t judge you for wanting to build a fort. 😉
How do you spend your Sundays? I’d love to hear from you.

My stepson made a teepee like the one shown. He did a great job on it and the kids love it. You might be able to make one yourself.

These sounds like a prefect activities to spend on a lazy Sunday. On a good Sunday, I tried to go to church. Spent time painting with my son which I’ve been obsessed doing lately. It’s part of my doctor’s recommendation.

Just reading your list wore me out. I love how kids keep our minds fresh and creative.
