I found a cauliflower soup recipe online today and just HAD to share how delicious it was with you guys.
A few months ago I made this pretty amazing potato soup. My son (the picky one in the family…after myself) LOVED it! Now whenever I want to make something new, I always check out her site for ideas. I highly recommend her site for some delicious recipes. She has a great sense of humor (from what I could read from her posts) and she takes pictures of pretty much all the steps with some hilarious captions. OK, enough about my online chef “crush”.
My friend and godson came over and I felt like showing off my cooking skills (I do that sometimes). I ended up making cauliflower soup. I love this recipe because it was easy. I LOVE easy! I use my Quick Chef Pro (from Tupperware) to chop the vegetables. Not sure how I ever did without!
My awesome cooking skills doesn’t come with the ability to give out instructions. Soooo…Please check out the recipe here: Cauliflower Soup.

Because I know my son oh so well, I made some patty melts (also from The Pioneer Woman’s site). Good thing I did because he did not like my awesomely delicious cauliflower soup!
She mentions putting the soup in what she calls a “soup tureen“. Had never heard of it before but now I want one!!! They are NOT cheap. Now I need to start saving for a tureen!
If you are looking for some fun/easy and delicious recipes, stop by The Pioneer Woman, I’m sure you will find something you like!

I used to love making cauliflower soup but haven’t in quite some time. Now you are inspiring me to make it again!
So, I’ve never had this before, but it looks really good. I like broccoli cheese and potato soup a lot, too. This looks like a fun recipe to try.
This honestly looks so good. I usually don’t eat Cauliflower, but this soup looks so tasty.

I have never had cauliflower soup and this sounds awesome! I love soup when it’s really cold out, so this is a nice healthy alternative to the cheddar and broccoli soup I have been addicted to lately!

Looks like we both found something new to cook/bake today, I found a yummie bread recipe that I made and love. I’ll have to try the cauliflower soup, I remember my mom used to make it when I was little.
Looks delicious but I personally won’t eat it. There’s something about cauliflower that just freaks me out. lol I’m sure it tastes good though but I just won’t give it the chance to find out.
My grandmother has a tureen, I had no idea that is what they were called though. My favorite soup is cream of mushroom!
Sounds amazing. I just recently developed a love for cauliflower, and I’d love to try the soup version!
To be honest i’m not a fan of cauliflower. It doesn’t have a lot of taste. But maybe this soup recipe can change that. It certainly looks yummy
