Today I’m doing a review on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Extract.
I will be honest. When it comes to things like diet pills, I have it in my head that they are magic pills that I take one day and the next day I’m a size 1. I know, I know, very unrealistic of me….but a girl can dream, right?
I received a bottle of the green coffee bean extract from a company called Xium. The bottle comes with 90 vegetarian capsules and you are supposed to take 2 capsules about 2 times a day. I only remembered to take it in the morning before heading to work.
Ever tried a product and expected result instantly and when you don’t you are like “darn thing didn’t work!!”? Right…me neither 😉
The first few days I didn’t feel anything different other than the fact that I was going to the bathroom more regularly (which for me is a very good thing). But other than that I didn’t see any difference. Although I didn’t notice any weight loss, I also didn’t gain any (which is good…right?)
I stopped taking them when I noticed that I was going to the bathroom WAY too much lol and I knew I had travel plans coming up and didn’t want to worry about remembering to take the capsule 2 times a day.
If you are curious and would like to try this product, you can get some on Amazon.com
Hope you all enjoyed this product review. Be sure to subscribe to my blog for future reviews.
*disclaimer: Like everything in life, just because it works for one person doesn’t mean that it will work for you. To be on the safe side, talk to your doctor before trying a dietary supplement.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I tried a supplement a few months ago – my first time trying one. This one sounds interesting, but I also wonder about any additional side effects. (The last one left me super jittery – something I couldn’t handle on a regular basis!)

Interesting concept, but I think I’d prefer to drink my coffee rather than swallowing it in pill form!

It would be awesome if there was a diet pill that produced instant gratification results LOL. I’ve tried many otc diet pills and none of them really work 🙁

This is a great alternative for non coffee drinkers. I can’t start my day without my morning coffee, though 😉

I don’t know if I would ever use these but I can see how they would be helpful. I’m actually not drinking coffee at this time, still breastfeeding my youngest.

Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. I don’t think I will be trying these.

Hahaha. I agree I’d rather drink coffee. I have heard a bit about this though. I think there are no magic bullets for health and weight loss. Too bad or we’d all be into that.

I think it would bother me to have to run to the bathroom all the time. I’ll stick with my regular two cups of coffee in the morning.

Interesting! I love coffee but not sure I could give up drinking it from a warm mug in the morning,

I’d give it a try, but if I was going too regularly, that would be of concern to me too.

Nope, I have never ever said a product didn’t work because I was impatient and wanted instant results (oh boy, that’s a big whopper of a fib). 🙂 It’s hard to wait sometimes, if the benefits are great though, it can be worth it. 🙂

I don’t think this would work for me either. I believe what works to get and stay fit is being consistent in practicing healthy habits.
