Can you believe that today is the 31st of December?! I feel like it was just yesterday that I was writing my goals for 2017. Here we are now, just a day away until 2018 knocks on our doors. I have to say that 2017 was by far my best year. Not only for blogging but growth as a person. I wanted to jump on here and wish every one of you a Happy New Year. I hope and pray that 2018 will be good to you.

One of our family traditions is to spend the day cleaning the whole house and doing laundry! Fun right? Lol After that, we have a meal together, then we watch the ball drop. Since we are not big drinkers, we have some tea and homemade cookies. Depending who is still up, we then watch an old movie. It’s a fun way to spend time together. My sister started this tradition and even though she’s no longer living we us, we still like to keep that tradition going.

Happy New Year to your family. We spent New Year’s Eve at our friends’ house and we hung out and talked while older 3 kids played with Nerf Guns. Baby hungout with us 🙂 Lots of good food.
I actually think cleaning is a great idea! No one really wants to do it, but when the team gets it done it goes a lot faster! lol Happy New Year!

Our New Year’s Eve tradition is to meet up with our church family to play games, eat, and pray in the new year. It’s been a little challenging the past few years with our youngest, but it’s still a priority. We always have so much fun.
