Yes to all of the above! We actually had grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup last night. It’s been so cold so we wanted some comfort, WARM food! I wish I had made one of these sandwiches though! Mine was pretty boring in comparison!
I love a good grilled cheese sandwich! But these definitely take it up a notch and are more like grown up grilled cheeses! So I will definitely have to give these a try!

When my kids were younger, they were big fans of grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s the perfect comfort food.
