A couple of weeks ago I made a batch of THE softest pumpkin chip cookies EVER! They turned out so good that I just have to share the recipe with you.
Super Soft Pumpkin Chip Cookies
I initially set out to make chocolate chip cookies but last minute decided to change the recipe a little by using pumpkin chips. I found the recipe on Pinterest (where else?!). The blogger claims that the recipe makes THE softest cookies ever and I have to admit; she’s right. Everyone in the house went to town on them. To make my version this recipe, you will need pumpkin chips. The one that I use in my cookie dough is no longer available, but you could use the chips from Nestle Toll House.
