I wanted to take a moment and welcome home our little girl. I’m so happy to finally be able to introduce you guys. We’ve been blessed with our rainbow baby! She came into this world on September 29th weighing 6.9 lbs. The Little Man is so excited to be a big brother. He has some much love for her that it makes me melt to watch him with her.
Welcome Home Little Lady
The Little Man has been an only child for 7 years, so I was a bit worried that he would show signs of jealous. I’m happy to see that so far he has shown her nothing but pure love.
I can’t say that I have been very productive since bringing her home. I totally forgot how much attention babies requires. She’s always eating and sleeping. I spend a lot of time just holding her and staring at her. I’m so in love with that Little Lady.
I’m looking forward to watching her grow up. I’m so thankful she is finally here. Pregnancy wasn’t easy but having her here makes everything worth it. You can all look forward to reading more about our Little Lady in future posts.

Congratulations! She is a cutie! There is 8 years between my youngest two. Kids are great helpers when they become siblings. Enjoy!

What a cute little girl! I can really see from the picture that her big brother is awestruck. I agree with you that pregnancy and childbirth are both difficult but once you get to hold your baby in your arms, everything just melts away.
